The case will continue in court but you cannot stay at home waiting for the verdict to be announced. They will never accept that. If you were to find a new job with another employer at the time of the case being filed you would have been relieved of a ban. But now you are in a very difficult position and it will be very tough to get a waiver from the MOL or immigration.
