Can’t we have affordable housing? Either you buy ready completed property for a hefty price or you buy cheaper (but not sure affordable) off-plan which takes donkey years to complete and costs you rental money while waiting for it be ready to move in. Mind you, the developers here do not always complete the property on time. Not to mention, there’s not much variety in terms of mortgage products!
