More clouds and rain forecast for UAE this week

The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology has said UAE residents can expect light rain and strong winds in the coming days. The weather centre said gusts of up to 60kph are likely to kick up dust and sand into the air over coastal areas like Abu Dhabi and Dubai. “There is a chance of scattered rain over the West, extending to other parts of the country,” an NCMS official said on Tuesday evening. A drop in temperatures is also expected over the next few days, with lows of 19 both in Abu Dhabi and Dubai until Thursday.
