Eighty per cent of the people who live in UAE are foreigners who are here to work and go back to their countries afterwards. Most of these people, especially labourers, are from Asian countries. African countries are not a majority in UAE in any field of job whatsoever, and the few that are lucky to be here face a lot of racism. Now this will not help this country grow and achieve its expos in future. If racism can be curbed in the UAE then Dubai and the UAE would be a better place for everyone.
