Russian air strikes kill 18 in Syria, say opposition rebels

It comes as Turkish prime minister Ahmet Davutoglu says the body of the Russian pilot who was killed in Syria after his plane was shot down by Ankara, was brought to the border province of Hatay “through Turkey’s initiatives” on Sunday and was to be returned to Russia.
