Though it does sadden me to see cars of men almost kerb crawling to stare at ladies jogging in the parks. We challenged one car this week and they sped off as a result. But with security sitting predominantly only at the main entrance in their 4x4s as oppose to patrolling the neighbourhood these incidents will continue to happen.
