Second, UAE is not one of the top cleanest and health conscious cities in the world, yes it’s better than many but not in the top 10 and thirdly all I got from your letter is bad parenting! Please note I am a smoker and if I’m smoking in an area and I see a family with kids approaching I politely move out the way and hold my cigarette in a way that will not affect others hence it’s not anti social it’s simply lack of respect for others and in the situation of the mom in Marina well that’s just simple ignorance and bad parenting!
