Dubai Court of First Instance was told the alleged crime took place on a farm outside Dubai in September . It is claimed the Bangladeshi, 23, kidnapped his 28-year-old uncle. Prosecutors said the victim was forced into a vehicle by his relative and two other men before he was taken to the Al Marmoum area. They tied him up and rang his mother, demanding the cash. “The next morning, they took me to  building that was under construction in Jumeirah, where they continued to assault me,” the victim said. The mother called her nephew, who also lives in the UAE, and told him what had happened. She gave him the phone number of the kidnappers and he arranged a time to meet with the money. But then he went to police, who set up a trap. When the exchange was due to take place, police move din and rescues the victim. The accused, two Bangaldeshis and a Pakistani, denied the charges in court.
