Dubai Attorney General Essam Al Humaidan has said two young men arrested for posting a selfie of them smiling with the Address Downtown burning behind them have been released without charge. Al Humaidan said Dubai Public Prosecution freed the men following a thorough investigation and review of the posted picture and case file and after listening to all witnesses. State news agency WAM reported that no evidence of criminal intent has been established.
