Recently I received an SMS and email informing me that I have been issued with a 200dhs parking fine. When checking the details of the fine online (time, place, etc), I was at home with the car in my garage plus it was somewhere that I have never been to. Anyway, to cut a long story short, (a) can parking fines be challenged? or (b) am i wasting my time? In my home country the officer takes a photo of the offence as evidence however.
