You’ll be lucky if you find a sponsor that actually treats you fairly. Instead of being a stuck-up sponsor, why don’t you make your maids feel comfortable around you, I don’t mean by giving them a king size bed or letting them eat with you on the dining table. Just make them feel that they can actually work and converse with you with ease. That they have nothing to be scared of. Your respect and consideration can go a long way.
