It carries a Dh200 fine and three black points on the licence. How about folk who don’t like to travel in the best available right hand lane also being liable to a fine? How about a TV/press campaign informing people about such laws that many are plainly unaware of. Another question this all begs is how do some ‘drivers’ get a licence in the first place?
