Be it the two big telecom companies, banks or the mega mall after sales services – they all fail to provide the basic customer service and do not even come close to resolving it. However I am writing to share my happy experience with Vox Cinemas Customer Care and Ms. Angel. Last week I tried to book tickets online, but due to some error it was not successful, but my card was charged. So I called the said number and spoke to Ms. Angel and it was dealt in a very professional manner. At the end of the conversation I was given a reference number and it was followed by email shortly, which confirmed my refund. I happened to book another ticket, but by mistake I booked it for a wrong date, so I called again and this time it was Ms. Angel and she recognised me and assisted me with my request. No hostility or negative attitude. Angel took my request and promised to call back in two hours and as promised she called back and my ticket was amended to the correct date/time.
