The corporate team-building race organised by Interact Events aims to promote the importance of workplace wellness, build a positive competitive spirit interaction within a company, and a chance to network. One of the participating teams, DMG Events, says: “In today’s fast-paced world, striking a work-life balance is challenging. Dubai Dash ticks many boxes in this aspect; it promotes a healthy lifestyle, it’s a great team building activity and it provides our employees with an opportunity to socialise outside the workplace.” Open to all levels of runners, each member of a team (composed of eight to 10 people) will run 1.5km before passing the baton to the next runner, to complete the 15km route at Dubai Sports City. Spectators are welcome to cheer on their families and colleagues. Part of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity, and the event will end with an awards ceremony, food and entertainment. The Dubai Dash relay race starts at 6.30pm this Wednesday, in Dubai Sports City.
