Apparently RAK has just started billing some tenants for this. I tried calling RAKWA but no one ever answers the phone so I went there on Saturday but they are closed on Friday and Saturday and during the weekdays one door says closed at 12.30pm, the other says 1.30pm. I work outside RAK and don’t return till 5pm. I have called RAK Municipality asking if I can pay it elsewhere but they had no idea. I have now received a second bill saying if it’s not paid by a certain date the late fee will be Dhs402! How and where am I supposed to pay?
