Abengoa bags $215m Emal power plant contract

Abengoa will build the 220MW cogeneration plant, to generate power and steam, which will support Emirates Aluminium’s (Emal’s) expansion plans. In addition to the 220MW power capacity, the plant will generate up to 600 tonnes of steam per hour.
