I am always hearing on the radio news bulletins, various programmes and reading in the newspapers that rents are dropping. Really? Where exactly? And where is this information coming from? I personally do not know of one single person whose rent has gone down. I see many places, apartments and villas advertised for rent, so there is obviously a glut of places to live. If landlords want their property producing an income, surely dropping the rents, even a little, makes more sense than holding out with greedy intentions. Just saying.
