I hope every reader will agree with me that in Dubai most of the apartments in every second building is occupied by group of min 6-12 bachelors all earning money and sharing rent equally. I have a question for authorities, 6 employed people can pay AED 50,000 for 1 BHK very easily, but you ever thought how a single bread earner can pay AED 50,000? A person who has to pay school fees, heavy bills, grocery for minimum 4 – 5 family members can hardly afford AED 50,000/- as rent. Please pass a law, that there should be less rent for families with single earner. The best way is to allot separate buildings to bachelors. Please take some action, people are sending their families back because of high rent and higher school expanses. Aisha, Dubai
