Photos: Aftermath of fire in Dubai apartment building

Firefighters battled a major blaze on Monday evening as it tore through a residential building in Dubai, leading to the suspension of services on the Dubai Metro Green Line. Dozens of personnel from four fire stations were called to the incident in the Muraqabbat area of Deira after it was reported about 5.50pm. Fire crews have said there were no reports of injuries.
