I thought Dubai Mall was owned by a property development company, as such the land is private, hence private security in the mall. But it now appears from watching last night that people are being written up for tickets if they aren’t parking correctly. Wouldn’t this be the responsibility of the property developer as oppose to wasting valuable police time?
